The old wallet and the new wallet issues are solved , you can withdraw from old wallet to new wallet to burn and mint , no any issues , just update your new wallet app ( do not withdraw from old wallet to any exchange, do not withdraw from the new wallet to the old wallet ) 
When you withdraw from old wallet do not enter less than 1 AME amount , for example if you have 1000.35 withdraw only 1000 AME otherwise it will say Insufficient balance.
Erc20 took 0.0012 ETH from me to burn and mint and it happened in 2 minutes
